I completed my undergraduate studies in the Psychology department at Uludağ University. I obtained my master’s in Clinical Psychology from the University of Economics and Human Sciences, in Warsaw. During my master’s studies, I spent one semester at Roma European University.
Additionally, I work as a movement and meditation instructor. I wrote my master’s thesis on the relationship between posture awareness and psychological flexibility. I incorporate my approach of evaluating individuals within the context of mind and body unity into my therapy process. In this regard, I offer my clients dual support for healing through talk therapy and/or movement therapy tailored to their needs.
In addition, in 2021, I served as a volunteer psychologist in the field under the umbrella of the Turkish Psychological Association (TPD) during the forest fires in Muğla. During this period, I completed training in trauma and psychological first aid.
Similarly, I have completed my training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and finished my supervision process using this approach. Moreover, I have an interest in existential psychotherapy and continue to pursue training in this field. In my therapy sessions, I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy and existential psychotherapy, providing my clients with comprehensive psychotherapy support.
